$650.00 per night on stays of 30 nights or longer

A reservation is confirmed upon the receipt of a deposit of 25 % (percent) of the Total Rental Cost (Nights x Rate + 11% Tax + Cleaning Fee). Payment of the remaining Total Rental Cost is required one week prior to arrival. Cash, Check or Credit Card are acceptable forms of payment. Upon receipt of the deposit payment you will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation.

A Credit Card is required in the unlikely even of damage, additional cleaning fees, missing linens, towels, or furnishings from this property.

There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk.

No smoking is allowed inside the residence. Smoking is permitted outside the residence on the grounds. Please dispose of properly, ashtrays and a trash can are provided outside the residence.

Check-Out time is 10am - Check-In time is 3pm

If you need special departure or arrival arrangements please let me know, I will be more than happy to try to accommodate your needs.

Ft Lauderdale Beach House is a standard single-family two-level dwelling with stairs. It is designed to accommodate six (6) to ten (10) people. Out of respect for our neighbors, we are not available for parties or group gatherings of any kind.

A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit.

There are no refunds for early departures or no-shows.

Pets are not permitted in the residence, on the grounds or on the adjacent public beach.

The owner will not be responsible for any personal injuries, loss or theft of any personal items that renters may suffer during their stay. The front door has a keyless lock. Each guest has their own special pre-programmed entry code. The code is changed as each guest departs and arrives.
